Your whole wrap shop in one system. Built for you in 3 to 5 days.

Quote faster, get paid sooner and never run out of vinyl mid-job.

Most wrap shops run on a spreadsheet for quotes, a whiteboard for the schedule and a rough guess for how much vinyl is left. That works until you get busy. Then it costs you.

We build you one system that holds the whole job: quote, approval, deposit, proofs, bay schedule, vinyl and final payment. Not a subscription you rent. Software built for your shop, that you own.

Flat $2,399. You pay $240 to start, the rest when it is delivered. Live in 3 to 5 business days, $20 to $50 a month to run.

Nine places your shop leaks money

Every one of these is something the system closes. Read this as the spec, not as a sales page.

  1. You quote from gut feel, so you never know the real margin

Square footage guessed off a photo. Labor priced off what you charged the last guy. Complex roof or a bumper full of curves, and the number is a shrug. You find out whether the job was worth it after it leaves the bay, if ever.

What we deliver: Quotes built from your actual labor rate and your real material costs, priced automatically. Material cost tracked per job so you see true margin on every wrap, not shop-wide guesswork at the end of the quarter.

  2. Quotes die in the inbox

You send a PDF. It sits. You text three days later. They "still need to talk to their partner." Nothing is signed, no deposit is down, and you are already holding a slot for them.

What we deliver: A private link per customer where they review the quote, approve it, sign it and pay the deposit by card in one sitting. No login for them to forget. Links are scoped to their job and can be expired or revoked.

  3. Approved work gets retyped into three different places

Quote goes on the whiteboard. Whiteboard goes into the calendar. Somebody writes the color code down wrong. The installer starts a job with the wrong details, and the vinyl is already cut.

What we deliver: Approved quote becomes a job in one click, carrying the vehicle, material, pricing and scope with it. Typed once.

  4. You cannot answer "when can you get me in" without walking to the whiteboard

The schedule lives on a wall. Two vehicles get promised the same bay on the same day. You overpromise a deadline because you cannot see real capacity, and now you are working Saturday.

What we deliver: Scheduling by date and by bay, viewed as a calendar or a kanban board, on any phone or tablet. Assign installers. See what is actually free before you promise anything.

  5. Proofs get printed at the wrong version

Design goes back and forth over text, email and a shared folder. Somebody prints v2 instead of v4. That is a reprint, wasted material, a lost day and an angry customer, all in one mistake.

What we deliver: Vehicle photos and design proofs stored on the job with version history. Latest approved version is obvious. Intake photos of the vehicle live on the job too, which ends the argument about whether that scratch was already there.

  6. Your phone is the status board

"Is it done yet?" All day. From customers, from the fleet manager, from your own installers. You are the human status API for your shop, which means the shop stops when you step away.

What we deliver: The customer follows the job from the same private link, sees status and proofs, and stops calling. Installers see their assigned jobs on the shop floor.

  7. You run out of vinyl in the middle of an install

The roll was shorter than you thought. Now it is rush shipping, a stalled vehicle and a bay sitting empty for two days. And because waste is never counted, your material numbers were wrong to begin with.

What we deliver: Live vinyl inventory that draws down as material is consumed, waste tracking so the numbers stay honest, and low-stock alerts before a shortage costs you an install.

  8. Chasing the balance after the vehicle is already gone

No deposit, so you bought material out of pocket. Final invoice goes out and gets paid whenever. Cash flow sits in other people's accounts.

What we deliver: Card payments through Stripe, deposit up front and balance at pickup, online or in person at the counter.

  9. Everything is in your head, so the shop cannot run without you

You cannot take a week off. You cannot hire, because training means transferring what is in your head. And you do not want installers seeing your margins.

What we deliver: Separate access for owner, sales and installers, with pricing hidden from installers. The shop runs off the system, not off you.

What gets built

Pricing

The build

$2,399

one time

Flat. Not per user, not per bay, not per job. Includes everything in the feature list above, built and delivered in 3 to 5 business days.

Running it

$20 to $50

a month

That is hosting, database, email and backup for the system. It scales with your usage, not with your headcount. Card processing fees are charged by Stripe directly at their standard rates.

You pay 10% to start. The other 90% when it is delivered.

$240 gets your build in the queue. The remaining $2,159 is due when the system is live and you have seen it working with your shop's process in it. If it is not right, you are covered by the money-back guarantee.

You already work this way. You take a deposit before you touch a vehicle, and the balance when the customer picks it up. So do we.

Also included

  • Satisfaction guarantee or your money back
  • 30 days of support after delivery
  • Access to TalkIDE so you can make your own changes later

Compare that to per-seat shop management subscriptions at $200 to $600 a month, which is $2,400 to $7,200 every year, forever, for software shaped around somebody else's shop.

3 to 5 business days is not a typo

We built TalkIDE, a platform where a team of AI agents scopes, builds, tests and ships production software. We use it to build your shop's system. That is why work that used to take two months and cost $20,000 now takes a week and costs $2,399.

You get real software with a real backend, not a no-code toy. You can export the full code, including the backend, and take it anywhere.

How it goes

  1. 15-minute call

We walk your current flow: how you quote, how you schedule, how you track vinyl.

  2. You see it working

We show you the system with your process in it before you commit.

  3. $240 to start

That is the only money that moves until you have a working system.

  4. Build

    3 to 5 business days.

  5. Delivery, then the balance

Plus 30 days of support and TalkIDE access, so changes do not mean a change order.

Questions we get asked

  • Why is this so much cheaper than everyone else?

Because we are not selling you seats forever, and because we build with our own AI agent platform instead of a room full of contractors. The $2,399 is the whole build. The $20 to $50 a month is what it actually costs to run.

  • How much do I pay up front?

$240, which is 10% of the build. The remaining $2,159 is due once the system is delivered and running.

  • What if I do not like it when it is delivered?

That is what the money-back guarantee covers. You have only put down $240 at that point, and you have seen the system working before it was built, so the surprise risk is close to zero.

  • Do my customers need an account?

No. Each customer gets a private link to their own job. They approve, sign, pay and follow the job from there. Links are limited to their job and can be expired or revoked.

  • Can installers see pricing?

Not unless you want them to. Owner, sales and installer access is separated, and pricing is hidden from installers by default.

  • Does it handle rolls, linear feet and square feet?

Yes. Material is tracked in the units you actually buy and consume, and the conversion is handled for you so stock levels stay real.

  • Do I own it?

Yes. It is your system, and you can export the full code including the backend.

  • What about QuickBooks?

Payments run through Stripe, which is the money path we build first. Accounting integration can be added later if you want it. We would rather ship you a working shop system in a week than delay it for an integration you may not need.

  • What if I need changes after delivery?

30 days of support are included. Beyond that, you get access to TalkIDE and can make changes yourself, or we quote the work.

Jan Musil, founder of We Build Software
"Running a wrap shop should not mean being chained to your phone answering questions about job status and vinyl. I built this system because I kept meeting good shop owners stuck firefighting instead of growing. One place where every job, every roll and every installer lives, so the shop stops depending on what is in your head."
Jan Musil, CEO and owner of We Build Software LLC
