Discovery, build, support

Pricing

Three engagements, each with a starting price. Discovery ends in a fixed quote for the build. The build is fixed scope and fixed price, agreed and signed before we start.

These are starting prices, not a rate card. Discovery is what turns your project into a specific, fixed number for the build. Below the floor, nothing here is negotiable by phone; it comes out of discovery.

Discovery
From $1,500fixed fee

A short, paid engagement that turns a rough idea into a scope and a number.

  • A working prototype you can click through
  • A written scope
  • A firm, fixed quote for the build

Credited against the build if you proceed.

Build
From $15,000fixed price

The system gets built to the scope that came out of discovery.

  • Fixed scope, fixed price
  • Agreed and signed before work starts
  • You own the code and the deployment on final payment
Support
From $1,000per month, optional

Ongoing changes and fixes after the build ships, for clients who want us to keep maintaining the system.

  • Optional, not part of every engagement
  • Billed monthly
  • Scoped and priced the same way as a build

Why discovery is paid

A free call gets you a guess. Paid discovery gets you a working prototype and a number you can take to whoever owns the budget. That work is what discovery pays for, and if you move forward, the fee comes off the build price.

What moves the price within a tier

Project complexity

More moving parts and more edge cases mean more time to build. Discovery is where this gets mapped out.

Integrations

Connecting to systems you already run adds work that discovery surfaces before the build is quoted.

Timeline

A tighter deadline can change the price. We will tell you during discovery if that is the case.

Contracts and handover

The build is agreed and signed as a Statement of Work before work starts, and you own the code and the deployment on final payment. For the full detail on contracts, IP and what you get at handover, see how we engage.

Get a fixed number for your project

Book a scoping call. If it looks like a fit, the next step is paid discovery: a working prototype, a written scope, and a firm quote for the build.
