Custom software, built AI first and paid for by the week

How a week runs

  1. Step 1: A free call with us. We write down what you need, and once you agree on it, the AI team starts.

  2. Step 2: Our AI team builds it. Our senior engineers check the requirements, answer the team's questions and check it works as expected.

  3. Step 3: You pay after each week. The full source code is yours after each paid week.

  4. Step 4: After your first week's review, send requests straight into your inbox, as many as you like.

We build 5x faster than a regular agency.

Stop any week. If your inbox is empty, you don't pay.

Want one fixed price for the whole project? Paid Discovery is for a fixed time, fixed price project.

Your first week is $1,500 instead of $2,000, paid after it and money-back guaranteed.

What we build

We build custom software for businesses across Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach.

Custom operations software

The system for jobs, scheduling, quotes, invoicing and customers, all in one place.

Workflow automation

The steps your team repeats by hand, done automatically instead.

API integrations

Your existing tools connected, so information moves between them on its own.

AI implementation

AI built into the part of your process where it actually saves time.

Customer portals

Online booking, payments and status updates your customers can use without calling you.

SaaS products

Your software product, built to launch and sell: accounts, billing and an admin to run it.

The situation

You already know what needs building. That is not the hard part.

It is on the IT roadmap. For next year.

Nobody disagrees that the system should exist. It is queued behind everything else the internal team owns, and the earliest date anyone will commit to is a long way out. The problem costs you money in the meantime.

The software you bought does not match the job.

Off-the-shelf tools cover the general case. Your team keeps a spreadsheet next to the tool for the part it does not cover, then reconciles the two by hand. That spreadsheet is now load-bearing.

The last build left you with a black box.

A vendor delivered something you cannot open, cannot change and cannot move. Every small adjustment is a quote and a wait, and if they stop answering the phone you have no way to keep it running.

The work

We fix this. That's custom software development.

We do not publish a client's name or their numbers without written permission, so these are the problems rather than the logos. If one of them is the shape of your week, that is the conversation to have.

Vehicle wrap shop

Quotes built in a spreadsheet off gut feel, a schedule living on a whiteboard, and no reliable answer to which vehicles were in the bay right now.

Quoting from real labor and material rates, scheduling by bay, and design proofs with version history so the shop floor works from the approved one.

Repair shop work orders

Work retyped from the counter to the bay to the invoice, job status held in whoever answered the phone, and paperwork that catches up with the job days later.

Work orders that follow the shop's own job stages from intake to invoice, with parts and job history on the order instead of on a clipboard.

Forensic engineering

Case files that have to stay complete and in order, where the documents, photographs and findings for a case are the deliverable.

A case file each piece of work attaches to, so the record for a case stays together in one system.

Software we built that you can open yourself.

TalkIDE

Our own product. Live, and open to anyone.

provatoauto.com

Management software for auto repair shops. Live.

TrainVR

A cloud platform for virtual reality training. Live.

bjj.onl

A training diary for jiu-jitsu. We built it and it is live.

Who you work with

The two people you meet are the two people accountable for it.

No account manager in between. Our AI team builds it. Our product team and senior engineers check that it works as expected, and we're the ones who answer the phone afterwards.

We're based in Pompano Beach, Florida. If you're local, we're happy to meet in person.

Most of our clients are in Broward and Palm Beach County. We also build for companies in California, Oregon, Georgia and Pennsylvania, so most of the work is remote.

How it works

Three steps. You know the weekly price before the first one.

Here's how the software development actually happens.

The old way, and ours.

1

The free call

A written specification, agreed on the call

The Old Way

You write up requirements so somebody can price them, then wait weeks for the estimate.

Our Way

The first call is free. You describe how the job actually runs, the way you'd explain it to a new hire. We write it up as a specification, and once you agree on it, our AI team starts.

2

Your first week

You review what was built at the end of it

The Old Way

You wait until the end to see anything working.

Our Way

The week ends with a review of what was built. Every delivery comes with its specification and automated tests. If a result isn't right, the fix is free.

3

Week by week

Yours, wherever it runs

The Old Way

The system stays with the vendor, and every change is a quote and a wait.

Our Way

If the first week is what you expected, we carry on week by week. You decide each week whether to keep going. You get the full source code, backend included, after each paid week. Run it on your own servers or leave it hosted with us, priced separately from the weekly fee. Your own team can maintain it either way.

What a software team costs

For $2,000 a week, you get a whole software team.

On US payroll, each role alone costs more a week in wages and benefits than our whole AI team costs.

Hiring the roles yourself

Wages and benefits on US payroll, per week

  • Product/project manager$2,915
  • Systems analyst$2,942
  • UX/UI designer$2,890
  • Backend software engineer$3,779
  • Frontend developer$2,575
  • Code reviewer$3,779
  • QA engineer$2,899
  • DevOps engineer$2,755
Hiring total$24,533 a week

Our weekly AI team

  • Product/project manager AI agent
  • Systems analyst AI agent
  • UX/UI designer AI agent
  • Backend software engineer AI agent
  • Frontend developer AI agent
  • Code reviewer AI agent
  • QA engineer AI agent
  • DevOps engineer AI agent
  • A senior engineer PersonWorks with the AI team, as part of your weekly payment.
Your weekly payment$2,000 a week

First week $1,500. Hosting from $50, priced separately.

This compares what the roles cost on US payroll, not a full-time team's hours or output: our 8 roles are AI agents.

  • Wages: BLS Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics, May 2025, US national annual median wage per occupation. BLS wage tables
  • Benefits: BLS Employer Costs for Employee Compensation, June 2026, Table 4, private industry. Wages are 69.2% of total pay for professional and related occupations and 67.5% for management, business and financial occupations. Each share is an average for the whole group, not a figure for each job. BLS employer costs, Table 4
  • Method: each weekly figure is the median wage ÷ 0.692 ÷ 52. For the product/project manager only, it's the median wage ÷ 0.675 ÷ 52. Example: $135,980 ÷ 0.692 ÷ 52 = $3,779.
  • Each row is rounded to the dollar, so the rows can differ from the total by $1. The total is $24,532.76 before rounding, shown as $24,533. The 8 rounded rows add up to $24,534.
  • This is a floor: wages and benefits only. It leaves out recruiting, equipment, software, office space, training, management time and turnover.
  • The left side doesn't price the senior engineer.
  • Where no exact code exists
    • BLS has no product manager code, so the product/project manager uses Project Management Specialists.
    • BLS has no DevOps code, so the DevOps engineer uses Network and Computer Systems Administrators.
    • The BLS wage tables (OEWS) don't split pay by seniority, so the code reviewer uses the median for software developers at all levels.
    • The frontend developer uses Web Developers, the lower of the two codes that fit.
  • Medians are what people already in these jobs earn, not what a new hire would ask for.
  • The left side assumes each role is a full-time salaried hire. It compares what the roles cost, not hours or output.
  • Our side: 8 AI agents and a senior engineer (a person) for $2,000 a week, first week $1,500. Hosting is priced separately, from $50.
  • Figures checked October 22, 2026. We recheck them when BLS publishes its next May wage data.

How we engage

Your procurement team will ask who owns the code. You do, once you've paid for it.

Full IP transfer

On weekly work, the source code is yours after each paid week. The intellectual property in it transfers when you pay for it. The code comes to you through git, the standard tool for handing over code. On a fixed-price project, they transfer when you pay for it. On larger projects, that's after each phase is paid. No escrow arrangement, no license back to us, no lock-in.

How we engage

Secure by default

Security is built into everything we make from day one, not bolted on at the end. In your first week, we don't need access to your data.

How we engage

Fixed-price projects: signed MSA and SOW

For a fixed time, fixed price project, we work under a master services agreement. The scope and the price are written into a statement of work and signed before the build starts.

How we engage

The engine

Smaller builds can come with the tool we built them in.

TalkIDE is our own engineering environment, and you can open it right now. Weekly builds generally run outside it. Smaller builds can be delivered in TalkIDE with an account for you, so you can keep changing the system the same way we built it.

Either way, what you get is ordinary source code in a repository you control. It keeps running whether or not TalkIDE is in the picture.
