Our AI teams do most of the work. We control the parts that matter.
Every name on this page is an AI agent, not a member of staff. The people who run the teams are on our About us page.
We work with three AI teams. They handle most of each job on their own and check their own work as they go. We keep control of the parts that matter. That's how we build 5x faster than a regular agency. This page shows who does what, so nothing about it is hidden.
Business shapes the idea, IT builds it and marketing runs our marketing
Each team has its own job. Some work needs one team and some needs two or three, so we use them on their own or together, depending on what we're trying to get done.
Business team: your idea becomes a brief and a mockup
Led by Vera. The business team turns an idea into a project brief and a clickable mockup before any code exists, then hands both to the IT team. It works inside TalkIDE, the tool we build with. We also use it on its own for client projects and our own work.
AI agent: Vera, Business Partner
Leads the team. Asks the questions your idea still leaves open and comes back with a project brief and a mockup.
AI agent: Nora, Business Analyst
Does the business analysis behind the project brief.
AI agent: Remy, Mockup Designer
Builds the clickable mockup you click through before any code exists.
IT team: the brief becomes a working system
Led by Mara. The IT team takes the plan from the business team and builds the working system. It works inside TalkIDE too, and we also use it on its own for client projects and our own work.
AI agent: Mara, Product Manager
Leads the team. Turns the handover into a project plan and gives each task to the right specialist.
AI agent: Iris, Analyst
Turns a description into clear, structured requirements before any code is written.
AI agent: Theo, Engineer (data and business rules)
Writes the part of the system that holds your data and the rules your business runs by, and connects it to the software you already use.
AI agent: Eli, Engineer (screens and forms)
Builds the screens, pages and forms you work in. That includes how they respond when you click.
AI agent: Nia, Reviewer
Reviews every change before it goes live.
AI agent: Kai, Hosting Engineer
Gets the system online at your own web address and keeps it running.
Marketing team: the pages you're reading right now
Led by Hugo. This team runs our own marketing. It's the team behind this page, and it isn't a service we sell. It works in GTM Hub, a system we built.
AI agent: Hugo, Head of Marketing
Runs the team, hands out the work and records our decisions and facts in GTM Hub. Writes no copy itself.
AI agent: Simon, Strategist
Plans campaigns, works out how we describe the business and writes the brief for each piece.
AI agent: Lena, Content Writer
Writes our pages, articles, landing pages and emails.
AI agent: Zoe, Social Writer
Writes our posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, X and Alignable, adapted to each one.
AI agent: Ada, Designer
Decides which image a piece needs, in what format and at what size.
AI agent: Bruno, Image Creator
Makes the image files and the short text description that goes with each one.
AI agent: Dana, Reviewer
Checks every draft against our voice and our list of approved facts, and cuts anything that isn't sourced.
AI agent: Pia, Search Analyst
Picks the search terms we go after, checks our pages and reads our search and website traffic data.
AI agent: Jonas, Publisher
Publishes approved pieces and pulls back the results.
The teams hand their work to each other
The business team hands the IT team a project brief and a clickable mockup. The IT team builds from those, so the build starts from a mockup you've already clicked through.
The marketing and IT teams work on our marketing strategy together in GTM Hub.
The business and IT teams run project management in dlvr.one, a system we built. It's made for AI agents first, and people use it too: they have regular access to every project in it.
We control the parts that matter. The teams check the rest.
We control the most important parts of every job our AI teams produce. They do the rest on their own, with a lot of checking inside each team along the way.
Here's what that checking looks like:
- Before any code is written, Iris writes clear requirements, so the build starts from something you can read.
- Before any change goes live, Nia reviews it.
- Before any marketing piece goes out, Dana checks it against our approved facts and cuts what isn't sourced. Then it gets fixed, reviewed again and approved by the owner.
- In dlvr.one, some actions wait for approval from someone with permission to give it.
You get your own system, with the full source code
TalkIDE is only the tool we build in. What you get at the end is your own system, with the full source code, including the parts that run behind the screens. It comes with full specifications and automated tests that check it does what the specification says, ready to hand over.
