No two products need the same team. We configure the AI agents to the job: product scoping, design, backend and frontend engineering, QA and deployment. A booking platform, a marketplace and an internal operations tool each get a different setup.

Clickable mockups and a scoped plan you can put in front of customers and investors before anybody writes production code. This stage runs in days.
Fixed price, agreed before it starts.
Build the MVP
A working product with real users on it: auth, data, the integrations it needs, deployed and running. This stage is measured in days as well, not months.

Scale the product

AI compute is passed through to you at cost, usually a few hundred dollars per build. It is billed as what it is, alongside our fee, rather than padded into an hourly rate.
Pricing for founders is set per stage, on the call, not published. It is negotiable: our default is a fixed price per stage in cash, and for the right project we will structure part of it as equity instead.

Is this just another AI app builder?
No. Builders generate code from a prompt and stop there. We assemble a coordinated team of AI agents for your project, run it with senior engineers, and deliver deployed, tested, production software that you own.
Do I have to use TalkIDE?
No. It is there if you want to watch the work or get hands on, and it is the easiest way to see what our teams produce before you commit to anything. TalkIDE is the tool your software is built in, not a platform it runs on, so what you end up with is ordinary source code in a repository you control.
What if I already have a codebase or a half-finished MVP?
We can pick it up. Send us the repository and we will tell you on the first call whether to extend it or start again.
What stack do you use?
Modern and hireable: Vue.js on the front end, Spring Boot on the back end, PostgreSQL underneath. Any engineer you hire later will already know it.
Can I take the code and leave?
Yes, at any point. You get the full repository and the deployment documentation, and there is nothing to license back from us.
How fast is fast?
Days. You see working software within days of scoping, and how many days the first full version takes depends on what it has to do. The schedule for your project is written down alongside the scope and the price before the stage starts, so you are not taking our word for it.
Do you take equity?
Sometimes. Our default is a fixed price per stage in cash, which keeps things simple on both sides. For early-stage projects where we would be putting in significant resources, we are open to a mix of cash and equity, or in some cases a larger equity stake for a larger commitment from us. It depends on the stage you are at and how much of the build and the ongoing work falls on our side. We will tell you on the first call whether your project is a fit for that.
Can the fractional CTO work with developers I already have?
Yes. The role is about owning the technical decisions and the delivery, whether the work is done by our AI teams, by your engineers, or by a mix of the two.
