Full-Stack Developer, AI-First

Position Overview

You will build software for our clients, working across backend and frontend. AI is part of how the work gets done here, not a side interest: you are expected to use it well and direct it critically, the same way you are expected to use your editor well. You may also work on TalkIDE, the tool we build that client software in.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features for client projects, backend and frontend
• Use AI coding tools as the default way you write, test and review code
• Review AI-generated code as critically as you would review a colleague's, and catch what it gets wrong
• Work inside our Feed, Forge, Finish process, alongside the automated build and review loop it runs on
• Possibly contribute to TalkIDE itself, the tool the software gets built in
• Coordinate with a team split between Pompano Beach, Florida and a Czech office. The time difference means work keeps moving overnight, so handoffs matter

Requirements

• Solid full-stack experience, comfortable moving between backend and frontend and picking up whatever a project needs
• Real, hands-on experience directing AI coding tools on production work, not just having tried one
• Comfortable working async with teammates several time zones away
• Fully remote; no office requirement
