Broward County wrap shop: quotes, bays and vinyl in one system
Delivered in 4 days.
We built this system for a wrap shop in Broward County, around the way that shop already works. It's live, and the shop uses it.
Built for the owner who quotes, schedules and orders the vinyl
If you own or manage a wrap shop, you're probably the one who prices the jobs, juggles the bays, orders the vinyl and answers the phone. This is what it looks like when all of that sits in one system.
The problems the shop needed solved, and what we built for each
Each problem below is one the shop had. What we built for it sits directly underneath. If you run a wrap shop, you'll know most of them.
Wraps get priced off a photo and a gut feel
The problem. Square footage gets guessed off a photo. Labor gets priced off whatever the last customer paid. Nobody knows the real margin on a wrap until the vehicle has left.
What we built. Quotes are priced automatically from the shop's own labor rate and its real material costs. Material cost is tracked on each job, so the margin shows on every wrap.
Quotes sit in the inbox while a bay is held for them
The problem. The quote goes out as a PDF and sits there. The customer still needs to talk to their partner. Nothing's signed, no deposit is down and the shop is already holding a slot.
What we built. Each customer gets a private link. They review the quote, approve it, sign it and pay the deposit by card in the same sitting, with no login to forget. The link only shows their job, and the shop can expire or revoke it.
This shop's system also came with a connection to Claude, the AI assistant. (The technical name for that connection is MCP.) The shop handles its quotes from Claude, while the system keeps every version of each quote and sends and tracks the messages to the customer about it.

"When can you get me in?" means a walk to the whiteboard
The problem. The schedule lives on a wall. A bay gets promised to another vehicle on a day it's already taken. Deadlines get promised without anyone seeing what's really free.
What we built. Jobs get scheduled by date and by bay, as a calendar or a board, on any phone or tablet. Installers are assigned to each job, and the shop sees what's actually free before it promises anything.

The vinyl runs out in the middle of an install
The problem. The roll was shorter than anyone thought. Now it's rush shipping, a stalled vehicle and a bay sitting empty. And because waste never got counted, the material numbers were wrong to begin with.
What we built. The system keeps a live vinyl inventory that draws down as material gets used. It tracks waste, so the numbers stay honest. And it flags low stock before a shortage stops an install.

The owner's phone is the status board
The problem. "Is it done yet?" comes in all day, from customers, from fleet managers and from the shop's own installers. Every answer has to come from the owner.
What we built. Customers follow their job from the same private link, with its status and its proofs, so they can check it themselves. Installers see their assigned jobs on the shop floor.

The whole system, delivered in 4 days
Delivered in 4 days. That's the shop's system, built around how this shop works. For a wrap shop, changing how the day runs doesn't have to wait for a slow season.
It's live, and the shop uses it
The system is live and the shop works in it. The quote, the deposit, the bay schedule, the vinyl stock and the job status the customer checks all run through the same system.
Your shop works its own way, and your system gets built around that
Your shop has its own way of quoting, scheduling and keeping track of vinyl. A system built for you starts from that, the same way this one did. It isn't a subscription you rent and bend the shop to fit.
